With a passion for pushing creative boundaries, Alia Aljunied brings award-winning expertise in multimedia content, experiential design, and strategic storytelling. As the Founder & Creative Strategist of AYN STUDIOS, she goes beyond logistics—diving deep into the "so what" of every event, ensuring purpose-driven execution with a touch of creativity and fun along the way.

A Global Perspective

A third-culture Singaporean, Alia’s international background has shaped her ability to seamlessly collaborate across cultures. She has led projects across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, bringing a global mindset to every experience she creates. Her ability to connect across diverse industries and audiences ensures that every project is rooted in cultural awareness, innovation, and intentionality.

Industry Expertise

Before founding AYN STUDIOS, Alia built her career at world-renowned organizations such as The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, GLG, LACMA, and MOCA. Her work has earned recognition from the Webby Awards, Drum Awards, INMA, and Digiday, cementing her reputation in event strategy and content development. In 2024, she was named one of Sessionboard’s Event Content Professionals to Follow, highlighting her industry influence.

Commitment to impact

Alia’s dedication to making a difference extends beyond her work. She serves on the Board of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop and volunteers with ICNYU and the Coalition for the Homeless, reflecting her passion for creating meaningful change in the communities she touches. Through her work and advocacy, she continuously strives to create spaces where ideas, voices, and experiences come together to inspire progress.
